Position Overview As a Telemarketer / Outreach Representative, your primary mission will be to connect with prospective and existing clients over the phone. You’ll help generate leads, renew policies, cross‑sell insurance products, follow up on warm prospects, and provide excellent customer service—all as part of our dynamic sales team.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to leads, former clients, and referral lists.
Introduce and explain various insurance products (auto, renters, home, life, etc.).
Schedule appointments for licensed agents.
Follow up with leads.
Update and maintain CRM and contact databases.
Support cross‑selling and renewal efforts.
Work toward monthly call, contact, and conversion goals.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and calling skill.
What We’re Looking For
Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
Ability to handle rejection and persist through follow‑up.
Self‑motivation, discipline, and reliability.
Previous sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a plus—but not required.
Strong verbal communication skills.
A positive, coachable attitude.
Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Compensation $16.50 - $18.00 per hour.
