Youll work directly with CMOs, founders, and GTM teams to turn strategy into influence, and influence into meetings. Youll guide highvalue SaaS clients on what to say, how to say it, and how to measure its impact on revenuewhile also defining Virios voice and building a repeatable content engine from the ground up.
What Youll Do
- Lead content strategy for each clientpartnering with executives and GTM leaders to align content with their revenue goals and brand narrative.
- Define and execute Virios internal content strategy: what we say, how we say it, and how it scales across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, newsletters, and beyond).
- Guide content creation across written, video, shortform, and new mediaeither handson or in collaboration with creatives.
- Translate campaign performance into executivelevel insight: engagement trends, pipeline attribution, renewal ammo.
- Develop the systems that support consistent, scalable content delivery for clients and for Virio including briefing frameworks, editorial reviews, reporting structures, and format innovation.
- Partner crossfunctionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, and Creative to align messaging and amplify results.
- Oversee quarterly content planning and strategic reviews for both Virio and key accounts, using data and insight to drive nextstep decisions.
- Use a discretionary relationship budget (11.5% of ACV) to deepen client partnerships via workshops, offsites, or executive experiences.
- Lay the groundwork for a future content teamrecruiting and managing writers, strategists, and external creators as we scale.
