What You’ll Do

• Drive the project roadmap, integrating innovative solutions to complex challenges and recommending creative production techniques to achieve objectives without compromising quality.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with third‑party resources, agencies, and partners, while collaborating with internal teams to assess creative and production proposals.
• Lead complex content creation projects and guide multiple content teams, delivering creative solutions from initial concept through successful launch.
• Influence work groups and project outcomes by defining strategies for creative content production and developing style guides, processes, and templates.
• Direct the creative and technical vision for content, ensuring alignment with objectives, conducting cross‑disciplinary reviews, and guiding refinements to optimize development.
• Generate forward‑thinking ideas to solve complex product, design, or production challenges, anticipating and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Foster an inclusive team environment that promotes psychological safety, inclusive decision‑making, and engaging, effective meetings.
