What We Are Seeking
We are seeking a driven, highly organized Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You’ll be a key contributor, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, and play a vital role in executing, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that fuel growth and engagement.
Qualifications
Strong skills in both project and event management. Ability to coordinate and manage with ease.
Experience with managing and optimizing marketing automation and email campaigns.
Proficiency in website management.
Expertise in Brand Strategy, Creative Problem-Solving, and Strategic Planning.
Solid communication, team collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
Familiarity with marketing tools including Monday.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience required.
Prior experience in the financial or franchise sector is a plus.
This is a fully in-office role at our office in west Fort Worth!
