Creative Operations Coordinator

GrowthAssistant seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Coordinator to provide essential support to our marketing and creative teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Ad Loading & Trafficking (40%) – Set up and load ads into Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and our internal platforms (Jungle, Dashboard).
  • Creative Scheduling & Task Assignment (30%) – Oversee creative schedules, organize client edit requests, and assign tasks to designers and copywriters using Teamwork Dashboard.
  • Quality Assurance & Creative Review (15%) – Thoroughly review deliverables prior to sharing them with account managers to ensure all client edits are incorporated.
  • Operational & Administrative Support (15%) – Track deliverables, streamline workflows, and assist creative leaders so they can prioritize strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, account managers, and the creative team to keep projects on schedule.
  • Be proactive during busy periods (such as Black Friday) to help maintain smooth operations while delivering high-quality outputs.

Desired Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in administrative support, account management, or project coordination (experience in agency or creative operations is highly valued).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to conduct quality assurance on deliverables.
  • Proficient with project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities; able to manage 20-25 tasks per week.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable with following up, clarifying requests, or advocating for needs.
  • A quick learner who adapts readily to new tools and workflows (training will be provided).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or ad trafficking workflows.
  • Experience in creative review processes in marketing/agency environments.
  • Basic copywriting skills.
  • Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
