They are seeking a Project Designer to join their growing team, contributing to a diverse portfolio of workplace projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full design process, from early concept generation through documentation and final installation.
- Lead and support the creation and presentation of design concepts to client stakeholders, translating ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Collaborate with vendors, furniture dealers, and manufacturers to develop and finalize FF&E selections aligned with project budgets and schedules.
- Oversee the production of design deliverables, including renderings, finish plans, elevations, and material palettes.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and construction standards while upholding the firm’s rigorous quality assurance standards.
- Utilize advanced Revit skills to produce detailed contract documents and support coordination with internal teams and consultants.
- Communicate directly with clients, contractors, and project partners to ensure seamless design execution and alignment with project goals.
- Review and mark up drawing sets, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and adherence to design intent.
- Maintain consistent communication across all project participants to support clear coordination and smooth project delivery.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 6+ years of professional, post‑graduate experience in interior design or architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in workplace interiors is required.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with additional experience in 3D rendering and visualization tools.
- Thorough understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and project coordination.
- Solid grasp of FF&E, joinery, materials, and finish specifications.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and project budgeting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – both verbal and graphic, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented, with a passion for delivering thoughtful, well‑crafted environments.
