This is a highly creative and technically skilled role that requires advanced rendering capabilities. This individual is responsible for producing agency‑quality graphic design, high‑resolution 3D renderings, and production‑ready artwork across a wide range of packaging formats. The ideal candidate is both visually creative and detail‑oriented, capable of working closely with our sales team and serving as a key point of engagement with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to manage multiple projects, and a deep understanding of packaging design and print production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality graphic designs for packaging, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Produce photorealistic, high‑resolution 3D renderings using ArtiosCAD 3D, Strata Studio Pro, and related tools.
• Develop clean, production‑ready artwork optimized for lithographic, flexographic, and digital printing processes.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
• Participate in client meetings as a creative representative, presenting concepts and supporting project discussions.
• Prepare and modify die lines, mockups, and final artwork files in accordance with print specifications.
• Maintain a strong awareness of current design trends, materials, and printing technologies.
• Ensure consistent brand quality and adherence to customer guidelines across all deliverables.
• Organize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in graphic design (or related industry), packaging design, or 3D rendering.
• Strong portfolio showcasing agency‑level design, packaging projects, and high‑quality renderings.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator and Photoshop is a requirement).
• Experience with Strata Studio Pro (or comparable 3D visualization tools. ArtiosCAD 3D training onsite is available).
• Solid understanding of print production processes, including lithographic, flexographic, and digital printing.
• Ability to create production‑ready artwork, including die lines, color management, trapping, and file prep.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client‑facing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional rendering or visualization tools (e.g., KeyShot, Cinema4D, Blender).
• Background working in a packaging manufacturer, agency, or print environment.
• Familiarity with corrugated packaging, folding carton, and display design.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing:

• Packaging design examples.
• High‑resolution 3D renderings.
• Real‑world client or production work.
• Demonstrated ability to produce both creative concepts and final production assets.
