Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Dewey Decimal System, alphabetization and change making.
- Must pass proficiency quiz with 100% score; only those qualifying will be eligible for interview.
- Work‑study eligibility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide customer‑service directed support to library patrons of all ages.
- Assist with informational and computer help, answer telephone, perform stacks maintenance.
- Handle cash, check in and out library materials, and publish circulation statistics.
- Implement routine cleaning duties and contribute to building security.
- Perform shelving and material organization tasks.
Schedule: Mon‑Thu 8‑9 pm, Fri 8‑5 pm, Sunday 12‑9 pm. Require lifting up to 20 lbs. Follow library dress code.
