We’re looking for a passionate, resourceful project manager with design chops to drive the GCI brand and business forward. You’ll join our growing marketing team to lead the development and execution of a diverse array of RFP responses, marketing materials, and brand assets. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to bring your creative vision to life and help GCI stand out from the competition. Strategize, Manage, and Execute Proposals Drive development and execution of RFP & RFQ responses Strategize with teams to create effective presentations that win jobs Research and execute creative, unique RFP content to differentiate GCI Write and edit proposal content as needed Review requirements for RFQs & RFPs and proactively gather necessary information and assets Work across teams to communicate and coordinate deliverables, responsibilities, and due dates Maintain RFP/RFQ calendar to create transparency between senior leadership on upcoming proposals and deliverables Elevate “leave behind” look & format Respond to RFQ’s & RFP’s with guidance from Marketing Director & GCI’s Executive Team 2. Develop and Design Unique, Compelling Content Website – Audit, elevate, and maintain the GCI website look & feel Email – Lay out internal and external emails, including e-blasts and newsletters Social – Create compelling social content across channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) Advertising – Work with Marketing Director to design compelling ads in various formats Brochures and printed collateral – Craft brochures for key market pursuits and event collateral Signage – Design eye‑catching signage for building sites, events, and more Presentations – Develop PowerPoint decks for internal and external use Photography – Coordinate project photo shoots and photograph staff 3. Evolve and Maintain the GCI Brand(s) Work with Marketing Director & larger team to elevate and evolve the GCI brand across all customer touchpoints Support the creation and development of GCI partner brands 4. Track Marketing Assets & Data Own marketing asset allocation on the company server Gather and store all information and assets related to completed projects Track opportunity and project data in CRM 5. Take on Other Duties as Assigned Sound up your alley? You must have: BS/BA (Marketing or Graphic Design preferred but not required) 3+ years of experience, A/E/C industry preferred A thorough understanding of digital and printing processes (i.e. file formats, print production) Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign is a must, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus Design portfolio to be shared upon request #J-18808-Ljbffr
