Key Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and manage podcast episodes from concept to final publishing
• Coordinate recording sessions and edit audio files for clarity and quality
• Collaborate with communications and creative teams to ensure alignment with broader messaging priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Audio Engineering, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in podcast production or multimedia storytelling
• Experience with audio editing tools and podcast production workflows
• Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust or an active Secret clearance or higher
• Knowledge of audio formats, compression, and publishing standards
