Base pay range $39.29/hr - $39.29/hr Direct message the job poster from WorkGenius Group Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at WorkGenius Title: Freelance Designer Industry: Fashion Location: New York, NY Duration: 11/24/25 - 1/30/26 Responsibilities Create brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction/business strategy Deliver product designs with flawless execution; achieving goals with speed, agility and acute attention to detail Develop seasonal product with a focus on style, fit and fabric Adapt designs based on feedback, incorporating for finalization Recommend resources in sourcing new ideas, both internally and externally.
