What You’ll Do Lead with creativity: Oversee the visual production of Christ Church’s video content — including promos, reels, impact stories, sermons, and event recaps — ensuring every piece is professional, engaging, and aligned with our vision. Guide with excellence: Direct cinematography and post‑production processes, including filming, editing, lighting, and sound design, maintaining consistent quality and brand integrity. Develop leaders: Supervise staff and mentor volunteers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and technical growth. Manage operations: Maintain organized workflows, project files, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of video content that supports all ministries. Collaborate across teams: Partner with Communications, Worship & Creative, and Social Media teams to develop cohesive visual strategies and storytelling pieces. Support live production: Oversee video and lighting for Sunday services and major events, ensuring visual excellence across Campuses. Steward resources: Manage digital assets, ensure proper archiving, and recommend tools, licensing, and equipment upgrades to support creative growth. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Visual Production Lead — a skilled creative leader who combines storytelling, technical mastery, and ministry passion. You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to elevate every project to new levels of excellence. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Digital Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in video production, cinematography, or visual media leadership (or equivalent experience) Strong technical knowledge of lighting, video editing, and production software (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, ProPresenter) Proven experience in managing multiple projects and leading teams in a fast‑paced creative environment Excellent storytelling, organization, and time management skills Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other Characteristics Creative Leadership: You inspire excellence, innovation, and faith‑aligned storytelling across every project. Technical Expertise: You bring mastery in cinematography, lighting, editing, and multi‑platform content creation. Strategic Collaboration: You thrive in cross‑functional teamwork, aligning visuals with ministry goals and communications. Operational Excellence: You maintain efficient workflows, strong organization, and on‑time project delivery. Mentorship & Development: You love training others, building confidence, and fostering creative growth in staff and volunteers. Adaptability: You balance creativity with flexibility — thriving under deadlines without sacrificing quality.
