About the role You'll lead the visual voice of Gamma, creating campaigns and brand systems that bring our story and product to life across every touchpoint. As Senior Visual Designer, you'll jump between mediums with ease, leading design projects end-to-end from concept to launch with high creative autonomy. You'll blend concept, craft, and storytelling to create campaigns that aren't afraid of bold color or big ideas. You'll elevate the craft across the team through feedback and mentorship while experimenting with AI tools to push what's possible in visual design. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most. What you'll do Lead the visual voice of Gamma, creating campaigns and brand systems that bring our story and product to life across every touchpoint Dream up and execute creative campaigns from digital and motion work to web, print, merch, and events Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to shape how Gamma looks and feels in the world Mentor and inspire other designers, helping elevate the craft across the team through feedback and guidance Lead design projects end-to-end from concept to launch with high creative autonomy Experiment with AI tools to push the boundaries of visual design and what's possible What you'll bring 6+ years in visual or brand design with portfolio that blends concept, craft, and storytelling Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including motion and video tools) with ability to work across multiple mediums Experience leading design projects end-to-end from concept to launch with high creative autonomyComfort giving and receiving feedback and mentoring others in a fast-paced creative environmentPassion for building brands that push visual boundaries and aren't afraid of bold color or big ideasLove for experimenting with AI tools Compensation range Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
