What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams in leasing, marketing, and collections
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata (preferred)
- A passion for delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction
Your Role at The Blakely
- Drive the property’s financial success and meet occupancy goals
- Manage daily property inspections and keep delinquency in check
- Lead and support our office staff and maintenance team
- Control budget expenses and ensure effective hiring
- Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting
