Graphic Designer – Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sponsor’s initiative to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and organizational brand that effectively communicates the service offerings. Additionally, the Graphic Designer provides support to a Sponsor‑led Customer Engagement Team by identifying growth opportunities and assessing departmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging content for interactive presentations, websites, digital signage systems, displays, posters, exhibits, and graphical displays as requested by the Sponsor.
- Prepare, edit, and graphically enhance various types of communications and documentation in alignment with the Sponsor’s requirements.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on diverse materials, including web pages, presentations, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing.
- Translate strategic objectives into high‑quality designs while adhering to an established brand identity.
- Develop concepts either manually or with design software and execute original content by determining optimal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, following best practices for content management systems.
- Contribute to activities that promote the department’s vision, mission, core values, strategic goals, and objectives, aligning with workforce knowledge, behaviors, and organizational goals.
- Support the implementation of a Customer Engagement Strategy, including the development and execution of a department communication plan to:
- Promote and convey the mission and operational initiatives.
- Maximize customer engagement.
- Monitor and assess outreach activities.
- Report on engagement impact.
Qualifications
Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in an arts discipline with a concentration in Art and Visual Technology or Graphic Design, and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- High level of creativity and expertise in innovative design solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
