Position Overview

The Associate Studio Manager plays a critical role in supporting studio operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient development of creative assets. This position is responsible for upholding brand standards, optimizing workflow, and ensuring that projects are executed with precision and efficiency.

Role Requirements

  • Ensures adherence to the most current brand guidelines across all creative deliverables
  • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Partners with Art and Copy teams to achieve brand consistency and optimize workflow
  • Demonstrates expertise in print and digital production, file preparation, typography, and page layout
  • Proficient in graphic design programs, including Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Actively manages the studio team’s workload and deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Oversees BGB server organization, ensuring clarity on file storage and retrieval for the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Direction, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in studio or creative production management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software and workflow management tools
  • Experience managing creative project timelines, file preparation, and production processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsPrior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or agency settings is a plus

Salary Range

Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000

The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
