You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, product management, and engineering to translate deep user insights into differentiated, scalable experiences that deliver measurable business impact.**Key Responsibilities:****Enterprise UX Strategy:** Lead the development and execution of a multi-year UX strategy that aligns with Insulet’s business objectives, user needs, and innovation roadmap.**Cross-Functional Leadership:** Partner with franchise leadership, marketing, product, and engineering to embed UX into strategic planning and product development lifecycles. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
