Key Responsibilities

  • Apply modern UX/UI best practices to envision and deliver industry-leading digital experiences.
  • Build, mature, and evolve design frameworks to ensure consistency across products.
  • Translate business and product requirements into engaging, user-friendly experiences.
  • Work across the entire design lifecycle: ideation, research, development support, and testing.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that define intuitive digital interactions.
  • Communicate design concepts through sketches, flows, mind maps, sitemaps, renderings, storyboards, annotated wireframes, UI specs, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Assist in developing navigation models, interaction behaviors, wireframes, personas, and organizational structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, UX researchers, program managers, engineers, and development partners.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design language in partnership with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions and support testing strategies to achieve KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a UX Designer role with experience using Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user experience and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and product teams.
  • Experience working with and implementing design systems in iterative development environments.
  • Portfolio demonstrating multiple projects and direct contributions.
  • High visual design sensitivity, including typography, spacing, layout, and consistency.
  • Comfortable synthesizing feedback from product, engineering, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Miro, etc.)..
  • Must have A/B testing, analytics, and basic web/app technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS).
  • Expertise with design systems and scalable component libraries.
  • Ability to lead conversations around design rationale within a user-centered process.
  • Experience ensuring accessibility and inclusive design across digital products.
