The Specialist, Mobile Marketing is instrumental in executing mobile-first campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue. The Specialist in Mobile Marketing utilizes a data-driven approach and prioritizes customer satisfaction to ensure the delivery of timely, relevant, and effective mobile communications. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, technical execution, and analytical rigor to support the growth of our mobile marketing program.
Execute SMS, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns from concept through deployment, including segmentation, copywriting, QA, and performance tracking.
Maintain the mobile marketing calendar and ensure alignment with broader brand and promotional strategies.
Partner with merchandising, creative, and digital teams to support omnichannel campaigns and product launches.
Support subscriber growth through acquisition tactics and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (e.g., CTR, opt-out rate, conversion) and short code performance.
Analyze campaign results and user behavior to optimize messaging strategies and improve ROI.
Ensure compliance with legal and privacy regulations (e.g., TCPA, CCPA) and Brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
2-4 years of experience in digital or mobile marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
Hands‑on experience with mobile marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
Familiarity with mobile compliance standards and best practices.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
