In this role you will design, execute, and analyze multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive donor acquisition and engagement while ensuring efficient budget use and cross‑functional alignment.
Role Overview As the strategic marketing partner, you will own the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation through post‑campaign analysis, build always‑on campaign strategies, forecast performance, and lead a high‑performing team.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive 360 campaigns and targeted trigger campaigns across paid and owned channels.
Own the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and briefing to execution and post‑campaign analysis.
Build and execute always‑on campaign strategies (defensive, competitive, behavioral) that drive awareness, conversion, and retention.
Translate donor insights, market research, and business needs into actionable strategies and innovative campaign opportunities.
Manage detailed campaign workflows and timelines to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery across all functions.
Track and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and fiscal accountability.
Coordinate with Brand and Media teams for asset readiness, audience targeting, and channel deployment.
Build quarterly campaign performance forecasts with monthly adjustments to align with business targets.
Lead A/B testing plans and campaign optimization efforts, using real‑time data to drive better outcomes.
Develop compelling, data‑backed business cases and partner with finance and business analytics to assess performance and ROI.
Report on KPIs and campaign health to key stakeholders; identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Serve as the strategic marketing partner for Business Operations, Centralized Ops, and other cross‑functional teams.
Translate complex business priorities into clear, actionable marketing briefs and campaign plans.
Support campaign readiness across regions, centers, and internal teams.
Lead and develop the marketing campaign planning team, fostering a people‑first, high‑performance culture.
Set clear goals, coach for excellence, and create accountability across campaign owners.
Champion process improvements and knowledge sharing with the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
6–8+ years of experience in campaign management, integrated marketing, or growth/brand strategy.
3–5 years of people‑leadership experience.Proven success managing multi‑channel campaigns (paid, email, social, web, etc.) with measurable results.
Strong project management and budget ownership skills.
Data‑savvy, performance‑minded, and comfortable working with forecasting tools.
Experience leading and managing a team.
