The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer in NYC who lives at the intersection of design excellence and product thinking. This is an 80% design / 20% product ownership role, ideal for someone who thrives in early‑stage environments where design leads strategy.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO to craft stunning, intuitive interfaces for our AI‑powered engagement platform and help define how organizations build authentic, lasting relationships with young people online.
Your impact will stretch from concept to launch, designing, prototyping, and shaping the future of our platform’s user experience.
In this role, you will:
Lead end‑to‑end design for our core AI‑powered platform
Translate insights and ideas into clean, powerful visual systems and user flows
Design interactions and layouts that feel alive, modern, simple, and human
Collaborate closely with engineering to bring designs to life
Participate in user research and feedback sessions to inform creative direction
Shape our design system, brand expression, and overall user experience strategy
Provide input into product roadmap and feature prioritization
About You
Based in New York
5+ years of professional experience in product or UX/UI design
Strong portfolio showcasing digital products or platforms (SaaS, web, or data‑driven tools)
Expert in Figma, with mastery of design systems, typography, and motion
Obsessed with clarity, color, and craft, and how design feels, not just how it looks
Thrives in startup environments: self‑directed, resourceful, and iterative
Interested in owning outcomes, not just deliverables, and comfortable influencing product direction
Deeply empathetic toward end users, especially youth and mission‑driven communities
Bonus: experience designing AI‑enhanced or content creation tools
