The Communications Associate will assist in developing and executing communication strategies that effectively convey our organization's message to internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Manage and update social media platforms to engage and grow our audience.
Support the planning and execution of internal and external events and campaigns.
Conduct research to inform communication strategies and gather insights on audience preferences.
Monitor media coverage and report on trends and public perceptions.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative communication ideas.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Salary & Benefits
Pay range: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
