Position Summary
The Columbus Crew are looking to add a
Graphic Designer
to our in‑house creative group that sits within the Marketing Department. The role will report into the Creative Director, while primarily supporting the Corporate Partnerships and Business Solutions teams. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing partnership ideas to life through high‑quality visual content. We’re seeking a talented designer who excels at working independently as they create pitch decks, branded mockups, presentations and templates in a fast‑paced environment. While their focus will be with the Corporate Partnerships and Business Solutions teams, this designer will also offer design support to the Creative Services team and wider club on occasion. This position will require working out of our Columbus office, attending various marketing and corporate partnerships department meetings and brainstorming sessions, and will be asked to work some home matches, which may include weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to develop compelling, visual collateral that supports organizational initiatives
Creation and development of pitch decks, presentations and templates
Creation of Crew and client co‑branded pitch‑related graphics, photos and mock‑ups
Develop visually appealing logos, charts, infographics and iconography
Transform content outlines (with copy‑heavy information) into visually appealing designs
Project manage creative requests to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders are up to date
Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure brand standards are met
Meet deadlines while working closely with departments to deliver quality results in real‑time
Support additional club initiatives by executing templated work and converting key visuals into additional creative across a suite of deliverables
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills, Experience & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
2‑3 years of experience designing pitch decks, marketing collateral, infographics, or branded visuals
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, proficiency in the rest of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Passion for clean presentation design with an established sense of layout hierarchy, spacing, typography, and composition
Ability to multi‑task, meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast‑paced, team environment
Highly organized, creative with strong attention to detail, both visually and grammatically
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to exercise sound discretionary judgmentAbility to work independently and take initiative
Strong preference for candidates with experience in sports and entertainment
Must be able to work some evenings, weekends and holidays
