Marketing Manager

to help strengthen our brand and lead initiatives that align with our sales and growth goals.

Job Summary The Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, and customer communications while supporting long-term strategy. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with

2–3 years of management experience

and a background in marketing within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns targeting distributors and end customers.

Develop product brochures, sales collateral, technical documents, and promotional content.

Create digital and print marketing materials, including web, social media, email, presentations, guides, and video/motion graphics.

Manage email marketing campaigns and contact lists using platforms such as HubSpot (or similar).

Maintain and update the company website with relevant content and SEO best practices.

Coordinate social media activity and monitor engagement across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.

Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy and positioning.

Partner with sales and product teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

2–3 years of management experience.

Experience in a

manufacturing or B2B environment

preferred.

Proficiency with web content management, UI/UX, and SEO.

Strong eye for branding, design, and visual consistency.

Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Team player who collaborates effectively but can also work independently.

Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, WordPress, and Illustrator (HTML, CSS, After Effects, and Premiere are a plus).

Portfolio showcasing experience across web, print, social, and digital campaigns.
