Responsibilities
Collaborate with the musician to develop and finalize indie-rock and indie alternative tracks
Provide creative input on arrangement, instrumentation, and production elements
Program or arrange drum parts to complement existing guitar, piano, and bass recordings
Mix tracks to achieve a polished, professional sound suitable for release
Communicate effectively to understand the artist’s vision and incorporate feedback
Deliver high‑quality audio files in agreed formats and within project timelines
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience in music production and mixing, especially within indie-rock or alternative genres
Proficiency with industry-standard DAWs (Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Pro Tools)
Strong skills in drum programming, arrangement, and sound design
Ability to work remotely and manage file transfers efficiently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creative approach to enhancing and supporting an artist’s original vision
