Sector Growth Sr Specialist - Media & Entertainment, Associate Director Join EY as a dynamic professional to drive connectivity and strategy execution for the Sector, supporting our Clients and Industries operating model across Global and Regions. This permanent role reports to the Global Industry Strategy & Execution Lead.

Your Key Responsibilities

Connect and collaborate: Drive connectivity and collaboration across the Sector, Super Region and Service Line teams, ensuring alignment with global and SR enablement teams.

Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: Work closely with GCSPs of strategically important accounts, converting opportunities to wins and strengthening relationships with SL and Region Account / Pursuit teams.

Facilitate and drive execution: Support shaping the vision and ambition for the Sector with Global Sector Leader, SR Sector Leaders and SL representatives, ensuring disciplined board management.

Go‑to‑Market & “Big Bet” Activation: Support GtM and operations teams to deliver the Go‑to‑Market strategy and execute Sector big bets and alliance initiatives.

Brand & Market Reputation: Jointly support BMC and Insights in building sector reputation, analyst relations and relationships with external parties.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Navigate high stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, conflict, and abstract concepts.

Identify innovative alternatives and surface core pain points.

Create and drive a project plan, direct action with tact and diplomacy.

Drive a program of work from start to finish.

Shift between abstract strategy discussions and operational detail.

Build trusted relationships and collaborate across matrix dimensions.

What We Look For

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification.

10+ years current experience with EY or a Global Professional Services firm.

Ability to work extended hours across different time zones.

What We Offer You

Competitive compensation with base salary range of $135,300 to $260,400 in the US; additional benefits include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.

Hybrid work model: 40‑60% in‑person for client‑serving roles.
