Chief of Staff / BizOps Manager, Amazon Prime Video, Studios Technology
We are seeking a results-driven individual to be the Chief of Staff and Business Operations Leader for the Content & Partner Lifecycle (CPL) organization in Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios. This role reports to the VP of CPL and will work closely with senior leaders across the organization, as well as key partners in PR, finance, recruiting, and HR. You will operate as a strategic partner and force multiplier driving organizational effectiveness across an organization of ~3,000 employees. This role will drive initiatives across Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios, working directly with senior leadership to support the delivery of high-quality content that Amazon customers love.
Key job responsibilities
Support annual operating plan (OP1/OP2) development and execution for CPL, working with senior leaders in Seattle and Los Angeles to set strategy and priorities
Drive business planning processes and monitor performance against goals through regular business reviews
Design and implement employee engagement strategies that cultivate a positive, open, and innovative culture
Develop and lead internal communications across the global organization
Establish standardized protocols and procedures, track outcomes, and identify areas of opportunity for employee engagement and retention
Partner with PR, finance, recruiting, and HR on org-related planning and initiatives
Earn trust with key stakeholders across Prime Video Core Tech and partner teams by diving deep into business challenges and partnering on solutions
Develop and manage employee-focused meetings and events that come from the executive office
Interface with peer business managers and senior leaders across the studios and production space
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience, or a MBA and 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
7+ years of working cross-functionally across several teams
Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining and executing program requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
Experience in the entertainment industry
Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
7+ years of working with senior staff (e.g. c-suite)
Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, leveraging various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
