Responsibilities

Support the Regional Manager to achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and rent levels.

Create an environment that is cool, fun, and energetic, making the property the place people want to live.

Provide Resident Services onsite.

Ensure amenities and units are maintained to like‑new standards for new move‑ins.

Liaise between Facilities Maintenance and the property level needs.

Process Accounts Payable and invoices for payment.

Conduct regular property walks to maintain asset value.

Explore additional revenue opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Effective communication, including reading, writing, and explaining legal documents, apartment features, and community operations.

Proficiency with Internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management for reporting and employment tasks.

Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata).

Mathematical skills for calculating percentages in financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Property management experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart and drive within the property.

Ability to work a flexible schedule and remain available via phone/email (except approved time off).

Routine local travel may be required for bank deposits, training, or other job-related activities.

Working Conditions

Work primarily in an office, with frequent exposure to outside elements that may include temperature, weather, odors, or landscape conditions that are unpleasant or hazardous.

Physical Demands

Access all exterior and interior parts of the community and amenities.

Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 20 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.

Routine local travel may be required for meetings, training, conferences, or other duties.

Required Licenses or Certifications

Any licenses or certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.

Valid driver’s license to drive while visiting property.
