The Amazon Kids+ team builds innovative products and services for children ages 3-12 and their caregivers across Amazon Fire Tablets, Fire TV, Echo devices, and Kindle. We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our Kids+ Subscription Product team. In this role, you will lead the team that defines and builds the Amazon Kids+ subscription as a product, owning the strategy for content, experiences, and value proposition across all devices.
Key job responsibilities
Own and drive the overall Kids+ content strategy and feature roadmap across all devices and geographies, including portfolio strategy to drive purchase intent and retention.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a world-class experience to Kids+ subscribers.
Manage the content budget, including evaluating the value of different media types, titles, licensing deals, and production options to optimize the content portfolio for our customers.
Lead development of feature PRFAQs, content gap analysis, and Business Requirements Documents.
Lead the integration of Generative AI capabilities into Kids+ products, ensuring age‑appropriate, safe, and engaging experiences.
Partner with AI/ML teams to identify and influence partner roadmaps to ensure GenAI primitives and capabilities meet Kids+ customer needs for content discovery, personalization, and interactive experiences.
Drive development of globally scalable products while enabling market‑specific customization where necessary.
Lead your team to deliver excellent single‑device experiences while creating magical cross‑device interactions.
Partner with Business Development to execute content licensing strategy.
Work closely with Device PMs to influence platform capabilities and drive Kids+ requirements.
Partner with Parent Experience teams to ensure product decisions support parent trust and control needs.
Drive data‑informed decision making through engagement metrics, content performance, and cost analysis.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align product features with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Partner with finance teams to model subscription economics and optimize unit economics.

Qualifications
6+ years of team management experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high‑growth environment.
10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
