About the Role We’re looking for a
Product Marketing Manager
to be the connector between our brand partners, marketing team, and merchant team. This role is all about bringing brands to life inside The Travel Agency ecosystem — in ways that feel authentic to our stores, resonate with the right customers, and deliver value to both our business and our partners.
As
Product Marketing Manager
, you’ll guide how brands show up across our owned ecosystem — stores, digital, loyalty, and community — ensuring every touchpoint tells a story that resonates with our customers.
What You’ll Do
Bring brands to life in our ecosystem
→ Manage marketing programs for 20+ cannabis brands, guiding how they connect with customers through sampling, activations, social content, and in-store experiences.
Connect brands and audiences
→ Partner closely with the merchant team to match products and campaigns to the right customer cohorts, creating a feedback loop between customer insights and buying strategy.
Own campaigns end-to-end
→ Write briefs, collect assets, manage timelines, and ensure campaigns launch smoothly across stores and channels.
Use insights to sharpen strategy
→ Combine sales data with customer insights and feedback to optimize campaigns and measure impact.
Be the go-to partner contact
→ Build strong vendor relationships, offering guidance and ensuring programs feel tailored, not templated.
Collaborate across teams
→ Work with creative, store marketing, loyalty, and analytics to make sure campaigns feel seamless and measurable.

Campaigns that feel fresh, effective, and true to The Travel Agency experience.
Stores feel supported and equipped to deliver activations with confidence.

What We’re Looking For
Significant experience in product, brand, or vendor marketing — ideally in retail or CPG.
Strong relationship-management skills : you can juggle multiple vendors while keeping internal teams aligned.
A
mix of creative thinking and analytical skills — you can brainstorm ideas and measure what works.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
(bonus if that’s cannabis).
A collaborative, approachable style
— you build trust across teams and with partners.
Familiarity with cannabis regulations or previous experience in a highly regulated industry
