What You Will Do As a Stryker Communications Sales Representative, you will help make healthcare better by connecting groundbreaking technology and improved patient outcomes. You will be the trusted partner in delivering our innovative operating room solutions, including booms, lights, tables, cameras, and customized suspension systems. Your role will involve market research, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to drive adoption and foster successful collaborations.

Responsibilities
Promotes and sells Stryker Communications products.
Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff about proper use and maintenance.
Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
Assists in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis.
Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
Assists in the training and development of sales personnel.
Experience / Skills Required
2-5 years in an outside sales position (medical related experience preferred).
Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent of five (5) years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience that includes operating room experience.
Must be able to routinely negotiate price and terms of transactions between Stryker and its customers.
Must have a fundamental understanding of all products and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customers.
Must be able to effectively respond to customer questions and resolve challenges.
Ability to analyze and prioritize market potential based on call patterns.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
Must communicate with large groups of people.
Must communicate effectively via telephone and electronic means (email, text, etc.).
Must operate common office equipment (Smart phone, Tablet, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
Medium work: Exerting up to fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally and/or up to twenty (20) pounds of force frequently to move objects.
Up to 20% overnight travel annually.
Must be able to drive an automobile.
