Job Description As a Product Marketing Manager at HPE OpsRamp, you drive go‑to‑market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and enable sales teams to position solutions effectively. You bridge product management, sales, customer success, and marketing to resonate with IT operations teams worldwide. This hybrid role combines strategic thinking with execution, requiring collaboration across teams while working onsite at least 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

Product Positioning and Messaging:

Develop clear, compelling product positioning highlighting value in monitoring, observability, and AIOps. Create and maintain messaging frameworks tailored to personas, industries, and use cases.

Go‑to‑Market Strategy:

Define and execute strategies for existing and new product offerings. Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to align plans with roadmaps and objectives.

Content Creation:

Produce high‑impact collateral: value propositions, presentations, solution briefs, whitepapers, case studies, and blogs. Partner with demand generation for landing pages, reports, and webinars.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights. Translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Sales Enablement:

Develop battle cards, product training materials, and objection‑handling guides. Partner with sales to equip teams to communicate product value.

Customer Advocacy:

Work with customer success to showcase success stories and leverage feedback to refine messaging and influence roadmap decisions.

Education and Experience

BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of product marketing experience in infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring (APM), cloud‑native observability, or AIOps.

Strong understanding of hybrid IT environments, observability tools, and AI‑driven solutions for IT operations.

Proven track record of developing go‑to‑market strategies and crafting compelling product narratives.

Ability to work cross‑functionally and build relationships with product, sales, and marketing teams.

Impact / Scope

Drive and evaluate marketing strategies that generate revenue, share gains, and enhance customer/partner engagement.

Partner with sales in key account acquisition and development.

Compensation USD Annual Salary: $119,500.00 – $275,000.00.
