Senior UiPath Developer – SCIGON

We are seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to provide technical leadership and mentorship within our automation team. This role requires balancing hands‑on development with guiding junior developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices in automation delivery. The ideal candidate will combine deep UiPath expertise with strong leadership skills to drive scalable, efficient, and high‑quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, training, and support in UiPath development.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards, maintainability, and performance.
• Lead automation design, development, testing, and deployment across business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices, governance, and documentation standards for RPA projects.
• Balance team leadership responsibilities with hands‑on development and solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automations to ensure reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UiPath Developer with advanced knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.
• Strong background in RPA solution design, development, and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and lead junior developers.
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards.
• Solid understanding of automation governance, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and business teams.
• UiPath certifications (Developer, Advanced RPA Developer, or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, databases, APIs).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands‑on technical delivery.
