About the Role
Sologic is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of our marketing efforts. In this role, you will coordinate both inbound and outbound marketing activities, manage vendor and partner relationships, and ensure alignment between marketing, leadership, and sales.
This is not a content‑production role — you will not be expected to generate original technical writing yourself. Instead, you’ll work closely with leadership, external creators, and internal subject matter experts to ensure that the right content is produced and deployed effectively.
We are looking for a highly organized, data‑driven professional who enjoys coordinating projects across multiple channels and ensuring marketing translates into real sales opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to translate strategy into actionable marketing campaigns.
Manage the production and distribution of marketing content (blogs, white papers, eBooks, webinars, videos, YouTube, etc.).
Oversee outbound channels: email campaigns, conferences, advertising, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, sponsorships, and events.
Manage inbound channels: website, webinars, blog, video library, and SEO optimization.
Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.
Partner with sales staff to qualify leads, set up prospect meetings, and support proposals.
Manage reporting and analytics: track lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, and ROI.
Coordinate vendor relationships (designers, agencies, contractors).
Maintain and improve the marketing technology stack (CRM ↔ marketing automation ↔ website).
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
We understand candidates may bring different strengths — whether in campaign execution, analytics, or digital marketing. We’re especially interested in people who enjoy balancing strategy with hands‑on coordination.
We are looking for someone with:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience (professional services or SaaS preferred).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress/CMS, YouTube.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working with executives, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
Must be based in the Puget Sound region (Seattle/Tacoma area) for periodic in‑person collaboration.

Prior experience working in consulting or SaaS organizations.
Graphic design or video editing familiarity (basic level).
