As a Media Production Specialist, you’ll be responsible for connecting with real estate professionals, scheduling shoots, and delivering polished photography using company‑provided equipment, including high‑quality cameras and drones. You’ll earn 48% of the job’s net profit, with an additional 20% if you secure the job yourself, making this a lucrative opportunity for motivated and efficient individuals.
While the current focus is on real estate photography, there is room for growth into creating video ads and other media content as the company expands. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to use your completed projects as part of your professional portfolio, giving you valuable experience and assets for future career growth.
Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct real estate photography sessions, including capturing high‑quality photos and videos using company‑provided equipment (e.g., cameras and drones).
Connect with real estate professionals to secure photography projects and establish strong working relationships.
Edit photos and videos to ensure polished, professional results that exceed client expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
Maintain and care for company‑provided equipment, ensuring it is always in excellent working condition.
Work independently to manage your schedule, meet deadlines, and fulfill client commitments.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.
Contribute to the company’s growth by securing additional photography jobs (earning an additional 10% for jobs you secure yourself).
Must Have
A passion for photography and an eye for capturing visually compelling images.
Basic photo and video editing skills, with familiarity in tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and establish rapport.
Self‑motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule and projects independently.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques, equipment, and client needs.
The ability to travel to client locations for photography sessions.
A reliable computer capable of handling photo and video editing software.
Professionalism and a customer‑focused mindset to deliver high‑quality results and a great client experience.
Nice to have
Experience in real estate photography or videography.
FAA certification for drone operation, allowing for advanced aerial photography.
A strong portfolio of photography or videography work that demonstrates your skills and creativity.
Advanced editing skills, including experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Knowledge of composition, lighting, and post‑production techniques specific to real estate photography.
