Duties and Responsibilities
Meets established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Conducts initial outreach to sales leads/prospects.
Sets phone and in‑person appointments.
Conducts client consultations regarding risk management and life and health solutions.
Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.
Qualifications
State‑issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
If not currently held, must obtain within 90 days of beginning employment.
4‑year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study.
Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.
