Responsibilities

  • Hands‑on shaping how causes engage their audiences; everything we do is rooted in deep strategic thinking informed by discovery and research.
  • Gather insights and translate them into meaningful creative solutions.
  • Deliver highly conceptual, strategically grounded designs and UX deliverables.
  • Mentor, inspire, and collaborate with others as you contribute to high‑profile, challenging engagements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in UX and web design; can hit the ground running.
  • Maintain an own website portfolio with a large collection of inspiring work samples.
  • Ability to design in a variety of styles and execute unique‑yet‑functional solutions to common website problems.
  • Adate at developing logos and visual brand systems.
  • Comfortable building nuanced creative narratives and confidently pitch work to executive teams.
  • Collaborative and have demonstrated experience working with writers and strategists.
  • Experience managing and mentoring more junior designers.
  • Multi‑dimensional: illustration, typography, motion design, front‑end coding or other skills; show your stuff.

Salary

Annual Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000
