General Attributes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Automotive experience preferred, retail experience required
Strong ability to negotiate effectively and communicate with clients, teams, and vendors
Skill in developing innovative campaigns and experimenting with new media channels.
The ability to see the bigger picture and develop media plans that align with overall marketing objectives
Capacity to lead a team and guide their professional development.
Duties include
Management of traditional media process across cross‑functional teams
Responsible for leading the development and execution of media buying strategies to reach target audiences
Overseeing and managing campaign budgets, negotiating rates with media vendors for maximum impact
Analyzing performance data to drive ROI, and mentoring a team of media buyers
Monitor campaigns across traditional channels, continuously pushing buyers toward optimizing for performance
Look for proactive partnership opportunities for dealers at events, local activations, or tent pole moments
Leadership/Mgmt
Manage Traditional Media Buyer team through spirit of innovation, care, and desire to win
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders
