Build partner law-firm portals that improve transparency and control. Create client experiences that make legal workflows simple, clear, and human. Shape Finch’s early design system and defining core quality standards. Develop product foundations in close collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership. Requirements / Who is the ideal fit 4–6 years of product design experience with a history of shipping high-ownership work. Comfort working in ambiguous 0→1 environments with speed and intention. Strong balance between craft and iteration, knowing when to polish and when to move fast. Systems thinking ability to simplify and untangle complex user flows. Flexibility to work across product, brand, and visual design. Deep commitment to making complex systems feel simple, human, and intuitive.
