Role Overview
An Influencer Marketing Strategist is a creative dynamo, a trendsetter, and a social butterfly eager to roll up sleeves and execute. You will serve as the main point of contact between clients and influencers, craft influencer strategies aligned with client objectives, and ensure timely, high‑quality coverage. You will lead campaigns, build relationships, stay ahead of trends, and inspire the team.
Responsibilities
- Support influencer marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Manage day‑to‑day client needs and act as liaison between influencers and clients.
- Represent the company and collaborate with influencers.
- Report to Digital Director and Chief Digital Officer; potential to manage Influencer Marketing Managers.
Requirements
- Relevant Experience: 5‑7 years of full‑time, post‑graduate experience in social media management/marketing, especially with influencers and brand partners. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Social Media Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and other networks.
- Campaign Launch Expertise: Proven record launching campaigns for hotels, restaurants, celebrities, or CPG brands.
- Communication & Strategy: Passion for writing, smart strategy, data analysis, and optimization.
- Social Media Voice: Ability to create social‑friendly voice and meaningful conversations.
- Visual Acumen: Aesthetic eye for social media visuals aligned with brand strategy.
- Multitasking: Navigate multiple clients, platforms, and communities simultaneously.
- Pop Culture Savvy: Stay on top of trends to spot opportunities.
- Industry Engagement: Active daily presence in hospitality‑focused social media.
- Attention to Detail: Obsessive attention ensuring quality.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confidence, presentation, and relationship building.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Current Trends: Stay informed about industry changes and bring them to strategy.
- Thrives in fast‑paced environment; prioritizes and flexibly handles multiple projects.

Working Conditions
Hybrid, office‑based role with meetings and briefings. Occasional travel may be required. Standard office hours, but deadlines or client demands may require evenings or weekends. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation
Annual salary range: $75,000 to $82,500.
