Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our growing communication team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our organization's public image and fostering positive relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public. As a Public Relations Associate, you will be responsible for executing PR campaigns that align with our strategic goals, enhancing our brand visibility, and effectively communicating our messages to target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Write compelling press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Coordinate and manage press events, including press conferences and media interviews.
• Monitor media coverage and generate reports on PR effectiveness.
• Respond to media inquiries in a timely manner and manage crisis communications.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
