What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Studio Owner to drive sales, operations, and margins.
- Hire, schedule, and staff to demand within budget.
- Coach and develop the team; run weekly staff meetings and monthly 1:1s.
- Plan and promote monthly studio events.
- Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
What You Bring
- 25 years boutique fitness studio management with measurable results.
- Bachelor’s in business or related field.
- Experience operating $600k+ annual revenue.
