Paradox EN is hiring a Youtube Video Editor (French fluent) for a full‑time position that can be based in Dubai, Lisbon, or remotely. French and English fluency are required. The role focuses on producing compelling video content for our four Youtube channels: David Laroche FR, Paradox Sans Filtre, Paradox Business, and Paradox Unfiltered.

Responsibilities

• Produce one authoritative educational face‑cam video per month for David Laroche FR, embedding music, animations, and b‑roll to simplify complex ideas.
• Edit two celebrity/expert interviews each month for Paradox Sans Filtre and one CEO/expert interview for Paradox Business, ensuring smooth audio, multicam video and a seamless viewing experience.
• Craft Hollywood‑style trailers to hook viewers for each interview.
• Drive brainstorming sessions, bring proactive and original ideas, and guide the editing style to preserve each channel’s unique essence while upholding Paradox’s value of creating awe.
• Adhere to specific standards and checklists to guarantee Netflix‑ or cinema‑level quality.

Experience & Technical Skills

• +2 years of Youtube video editing experience, capable of independently tackling complex editing challenges across various software platforms.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with some knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
• Experience editing both long‑form and short‑form social‑media videos.
• Experience creating animations in video; motion design is a real plus.
