Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
The mission of the Photo & Video Production Department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective photo and video assets.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering photo and video assets that showcase Aritzia in an aspirational and brand-propelling way. As the manager, photo & video production management, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the operations of our campaign, digital, and internal shoot productions. You will be accountable to managing post-production workflows across shoots and ensuring all stills and video assets are delivered on-time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives and creative intent. Serving as a key link between internal teams and external partners, you will streamline post-production processes and play a critical part in the overall success of each production. THE ROLE
As the Manager, Photo & Video Production Management, you will:
- Support with planning and securing the use of internal and external post-production resources for campaign, digital, and internal shoots, in partnership with key stakeholders
- Oversee on set operations related to post-production for campaign, digital, and internal shoots
- Manage external post-production workflows, ensuring the quality and timeliness of all deliverables for campaign, digital, and internal shoots
- Partner with the internal post-production team to determine internal workbacks and act as the single point of contact for all cross-functional communications related to campaign, digital, and internal shoots
- Manage the legal and financial components of external post-production for campaign, digital, and internal shoots, while driving cost saving opportunities
- Ensure an operationally seamless photo and video production experience across all campaign, digital and internal shoots
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in post-production management (agency or in-house preferred), photography, videography, and project management
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000–$150,000. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
