Responsibilities
- Define and implement a UX vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Advocate for user‑centered design principles and accessibility across all projects.
- Partner with stakeholders—Tech Product Owners, Developers, Researchers—to ensure designs meet business goals and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing) and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve existing user experiences.
- Design design‑thinking workshops and create transformational experiences.
- Bridge platform, GenAI and Agentic experience design; partner with Platform Transformation and AT&T Business Agentic Foundry teams.
- Architect information hierarchies, navigation structures and workflows to optimize usability.
- Collaborate on seamless implementation with business partners and technical product owners.
- Define project scope and timelines with cross‑functional stakeholder teams.
- Present designs and articulate decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Experiment with new tools and methodologies; drive innovation in UX, especially in AI tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in design thinking and UX/UI design.
- Proven track record of designing successful experience designs across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing and data analysis.
- Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design or related field.
- Experience in Agile or Lean environments.
- Certifications in UX or Design Thinking methodologies are a plus.
- Visionary mindset, empathy, collaboration, adaptability.

- Salary range: $128,400 – $215,800 annually.
