Role Overview

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll lead the design of elegant, intuitive, and conversion-savvy experiences that guide our customers from discovery to checkout. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to bring ideas to life—rooted in real human needs, business goals, and thoughtful design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for eCommerce products across websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Shape journeys that drive conversion while feeling effortless for users.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate and effective implementation.
• Analyze user data (e.g., heatmaps, A/B tests) to iterate and improve experiences.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
• Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in eCommerce.
• Challenge the status quo and innovate on current and anticipated consumer behaviors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional design experience, including at least 4 years focused on eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent visual and interactive skills.
• Experience conducting user and market research.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• System‑thinker able to see impact holistically.
• Ability to critically analyze data and articulate hypotheses.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end eCommerce design projects (web and mobile).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile‑first design.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front‑end capabilities (not required but a plus).
• Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards, and performance optimization for eCommerce sites.

Hiring Range

$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
