Position Summary As a Home Health Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth by building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, physicians, hospital discharge planners, and community organizations. Your mission will be to develop and execute a strategic plan to increase referrals, strengthen brand presence, and expand the reach of our home health services within the community. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for referrals and business growth. Conduct market research and develop outreach strategies to increase awareness of our services. Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients. Attend networking events, conferences, and community engagements to represent and promote [Your Company Name]. Deliver presentations and provide education to referral sources about our services and the benefits of home health care. Regularly report on sales activities, progress toward targets, and market trends. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare sector, preferably in home health, hospice, or a related field. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, home health regulations, and insurance processes. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
