SocialKit is a toolkit for B2B companies that want to skyrocket their organic reach on LinkedIn through employee advocacy.
We’re hiring a Senior B2B SaaS Marketer who is obsessed with creating content on LinkedIn as our first marketing hire.
We’re finishing our beta at the end of this year and launching publicly on January 15.
You’ll start as the first marketer and GTM lead with a clear goal:
Take SocialKit to $10k MRR.
At that point, this role transitions into full commercial ownership as the GM of SocialKit, with compensation of $6,000/month base + 10% profit participation.
SocialKit is built by EarlyNode, a bootstrapped SaaS studio & holding company.
Tasks
You own inbound growth for SocialKit end-to-end.
LinkedIn is your home base and #1 acquisition channel.
Your main levers:
- Daily organic LinkedIn content on your own profile
- LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads
- Collaborations with LinkedIn creators & influencers
- BOFU SEO (alternatives, comparisons, use cases) to capture high-intent demand
You own everything before signup:
- LinkedIn posts, email, ads, and website copy
- Lead magnets and acquisition assets
- Conversion optimization of the signup flow and landing pages
Requirements
This is NOT a generic “digital marketing” role.
We’re looking for someone who already lives on LinkedIn and thinks like a creator.
You are a strong fit if you have had any of these experiences:
- Founding or first marketer at a SaaS
- Growth or content lead with direct responsibility for signups and revenue
- A LinkedIn content creator who has turned posts into leads, pipeline, or customers
- A visible creator with a proven track record of building reach and trust through consistent posting
You are strong in:
- LinkedIn content creation, distribution, and audience building
- Turning ideas, interviews, and calls into a consistent stream of content
- Demand creation through your own content
- High-intent SEO (you care about signups, not vanity traffic)
- Basic paid acquisition and LinkedIn Ads
You:
- Already post on LinkedIn regularly
- Are comfortable on customer calls and recording video content
- Have native-level or near-native English fluency (spoken and written)

This role is designed for someone who has the ambition to grow into being the leader of a bootstrapped PLG SaaS company.
Phase 1 – 0 to 10k MRR: Role of Founding Marketer
- Full focus on building the GTM foundation, with LinkedIn as the core channel
- EarlyNode team manages everything else: product development, customer support, billing, admin, etc.
- $5000 per month
Clear goal: take SocialKit to $10k MRR
Phase 2 – After 10k MRR Milestone: Transition into General Manager
- You take over the leadership of the SocialKit team, operations, and P&L.
- $6000 per month base + 10% profit participation
Long-term role with full ownership as GM and growing SocialKit to $1M ARR.
