JOB TITLE: Content Strategist III LOCATION: Remote | DURATION: 1/8/2026 - 7/10/2026 | PAY RANGE: $49 - $59/hr. Top 3 Skills: Digital content writing and management (3+ years), including CMS and HTML proficiency. Experience producing content in a global technology or digital-focused environment. Familiarity with marketing or communications standards for digital content Company: Our client is a Fortune 500 multi-national technology company headquartered in Menlo Park, CA. Summary: We’re looking for a Content Strategist to manage updates across the Help Centers, which includes the ***, Instagram and Business Help Centers. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in digital content management and content strategy. They will be experienced at hands‑on drafting and editing in a CMS, content structuring, and proactive problem solving. They will be a skilled communicator who can effectively use a variety of business communication tools to get the information they need and provide progress updates to stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Create, edit, and publish Help Center content in clear, jargon‑free language that accurately explains how to use business tools. Execute the Help Center content strategy for product updates, managing feedback from cross‑functional partners including Marketing, Technical, and Business teams. Consistently produce content that meets or exceeds quality standards. Manage tight publishing timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements: 3 years of experience in digital content writing and management, including proficiency with CMS platforms and HTML. Skilled at collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to produce clear, accurate, and engaging public‑facing content. Ability to meet tight publishing deadlines with high attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience writing technical or educational guides for consumers or businesses. Background in a global technology company or digital‑focused industry. Familiarity with marketing or communications industries. Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
