Overview Highway Graphics, a leading highway striping contractor in Louisiana and Arkansas, is seeking motivated and dependable Crew Laborers for striping operations. Prior experience is preferred but not required – we provide on-the-job training for candidates committed to developing their skills in the construction industry. Responsibilities Perform general construction-related labor tasks across all phases of highway striping operations. Prepare, clean, and maintain construction job sites. Safely use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and brooms. Assist with traffic control and safety procedures as needed. Benefits Competitive Hourly Pay – Paid weekly. Job Requirements Flexible availability – Primarily daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, but frequent Saturdays could be required with occasional Sunday and nighttime work required.
